nanoStream Webcaster Client Release 5.14.0

Release Notes

Given the function to send Webcaster Client Metrics is actived, this new version can help to better understand and analyze the following broadcaster connectivity reports and provide additional insights on them:

• Issues on connection establishment
• Issues while streaming
• Compatibility issues of devices
• Certain quality and latency measurements

Furthermore we handled several deprecation warnings that were previously shown in the browser console.

To enable the feature to send additional broadcaster metrics and log details to our Analytics backend, a business upgrade is required. Please reach out to our sales department for further details.

At a later point during this year this valuable data will be made available through the public API and will be shown in our nanoStream Analytics dashboard for those customers who have chosen to send additional Webcaster client insights to our back-end.
