nanocosmos, the video coding experts, successfully equipped the Berlin International Film Festival 2011 (Berlinale) with their video coding and playout software. nanocosmos high quality video codecs were used in all Berlinale E-Cinema ingest and playout systems. nanocosmos playout software based on encrypted HD-MXF files was running on more than 30 movie theatres entirely in Berlin. More than 400 movies have been encoded and encrypted with nanocosmos software.
