nanoPEG is a flexible high performance video coding technology developed by nanocosmos. It contains a complete set of codecs and tools for encoding, decoding and multiplex of video and audio streams. Lossless cut-and-paste editing is possible with the nanoPEG Editing engine. DVD Authoring and Burning may be used with the nanoDVD package.Originally developed 1998 as one of the first available MPEG-2 Software Codecs, we now provide coding technology for all major video formats, such as MPEG AVC/H.264 for MP4 and 3GP applications. The new Coding SDKcontains all video and audio codecs in one package.
We offer several products based on nanoPEG, from low level, consumer oriented products such as nanoDVR up to high performance DVD encoding and authoring applications. For custom developments, you may either buy our MPEG-DX Developer Extension SDKs our ask for our development services.
nanocosmos technology may be used by OEM and broadcast industry, as well as professional video producers and home video amateurs.
There is support for a wide range of applications, from small, low-bandwidth MPEG1 streams and Video CD up to full TV and HDTV digital video for broadcast and post production, including MPEG Program and Transport Streams Multiplex.
